    How to find us

    We are situated just off the excellent A40 London to Carmarthen route, about 15 mins west of Brecon, Powys.
    Take the A40 from Brecon in Powys towards Llandovery. Pass through Sennybridge and when you reach Trecastle, turn left at Castle Coaching Inn. Descend down the hill past old mill on right and over the small bridge, the farm entrance is then 150 yards on your right - The Bunkhouse is at top of drive - welcome! If you go over second bridge you have gone too far.

    How will I know if my booking is successful?

    As soon as we've received your enquiry we will check availability and confirm the cost and payment details via email or telephone. As soon as we have received the booking payment in full we will confirm your booking and be in touch 7-10 days before your stay to answer any enquires.

    The Old Wash House

    The Old Wash House is a luxurious stone barn which sleeps up to 6 people over 1 King-Size Room and 2 Twin-bedded Rooms. The Wash House is full of character with oak beams and a wood burning stove, and recently renovated to a very high specification.
